Important things to remember

When you move into your new apartment,  it will be your responsibility to have the gas and electric turned on in your name(s). Oakland Property Rentals, covers the water and sewage only.

It is a good idea to contact the utility company in advance to avoid a lapse in service. 

Cable and internet is the responsibility of the tenant. 

Remember to have the post office re-directed to your mail to your new house or apartment.

And please remember that you are responsible to ensure trash is in designated containers, boxes are broken down, and take recycling to the curb, be sure to find out what recycling day is for your house.
